Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled before two weeks out, 50% refund 7-14 days out, and zero refund if cancelled within 7 days of your stay.
Damage and incidentalsWe have no way of putting a “hold” on your credit card or account for the damage deposit. Therefore we require a damage deposit of €1500 along with your booking amount. The damage deposit will be refunded in full no later than one week after your departure if you incur no damage or loss of incidentals.
If you or anyone in or associated with your group incur damage to the property, loss or damage of furniture or amenities, including keys, we reserve the right to fairly asses the damage or loss, inform you of our findings, and retain any portion of your damage deposit as we deem proper. Please accept our apologies in advance if this is an inconvenience.
